The deadline for submissions was February 1, 2019; find out which companies are the semi-finalists!
Overview
The GC3 Startup Network conducted a competitive process to find startups who will present their sustainable chemistry materials, products, and/or manufacturing technologies to investors, major brands and manufacturers at the GC3 Startup Network’s 4th Annual Technology Showcase on May 7, 2019. The Technology Showcase immediately precedes the 14th Annual GC3 Innovators Roundtable (May 7 – 9, 2019) hosted this year by Procter & Gamble, North America Fabric Care in Cincinnati, OH.
Ten startups have been selected as semi-finalists to participate in the May 7 pitch competition; three of the semi-finalists will be chosen to pitch their solutions to a panel of investors and technology scouts on the main stage at the GC3 Innovators Roundtable on May 8, to an audience of approximately 200 individuals representing 125 GC3 member companies and other organizations.
Representing Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, the 10 semi-finalist startups offer an array of technologies and chemistries for industries such as cosmetics and personal care products, building products, apparel and textiles, cleaning products, electronics, adhesives and coatings, bioplastics, pharmaceutical, and energy. The semi-finalists are as follows:
